Nadja is the founder of Extending Hope and President of the Swiss association and has lived in Malawi for many years. As a trained teacher, the school projects are particularly close to her heart.
Decent Levson
Founder of EHO
Decent is the founder of Extending Hope and takes care of all projects in Malawi and is the link between Switzerland and Malawi.
Paul Whiting
Vice President Board of Directors
Paul has had the African people on his heart since his youth. As a native Irishman living in Switzerland, he is very familiar with cross-border issues.

As an entrepreneur, I know: there is a lot to do and now is the time to do it, we have a lot to give… and we can learn even more. There is hope for us all.

I was born in Brazil and live in Switzerland. I am passionate about young adults and the opportunity to show them that they can take their lives into their own hands and change them.

The board members in Switzerland work with passion and dedication for Extending Hope.
We make sure that 100% of your donation reaches the community in Malawi. Other expenses such as IT, administration, marketing and print media are covered by membership fees.

Over 50 people in action
We have an organic structure. Each project is managed by a project team. The project teams are overseen by the Executive Director and the Board. This means that over 50 people are working every day to spread hope in Malawi.
