Extending Hope Organization is a non-governmental and interdenominational development organization. We work with local and international experts in areas of education, health care, agriculture, and economics.
Extending Hope improves impoverished communities through vocational training, educational opportunities, and sustainable social projects.
OUR FOUR PILLARS OF HOPE
Healthcare
One way we help people is through developing and providing methods for better access to basic life needs like clean water, healthy food and health care.
Livelihoods & Food Security
We aim to assist communities to discover their potential and reach their development goals through practical training and partnerships.
Education
Education is one of our key focus, as we educate children in the primary school and have trained thousands of people in the areas of technical skills, agriculture, personal health care, business, and leadership development.
Youth & Sport
We aim to develop the next generation of leaders by engaging them in healthy activities to discover their gifts and talents to give them hope and a future.

VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES
Extending Hope offers practical training in improved agricultural methods, provides teachings on how to start and run small-scale businesses, offers formal training for teachers, encourages and implements community led health care centers.
Whether you are an apprentice, farmer, nurse, carpenter, metalworker, or a college graduate with new ideas for starting and running a small business - or from the church or small group - any training and sharing of your knowledge and gospel is already inexpensive and will help improve the lives of many Malawians. Together, we can encourage people, share the gospel, and fuel the entrepreneurial spirit.
